MAPS Law Firm and Allen & Gledhill Successfully Collaborate in Resolving PGN FSRU Lampung Charter Dispute
MAPS Law Firm, in collaboration with Allen & Gledhill LLP, is pleased to announce its role in assisting PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) and PT PGN LNG Indonesia (PLI) in the successful resolution of arbitration disputes related to the charter of the PGN FSRU Lampung with Höegh LNG. The parties’ public disclosure of the matter allows us to share our involvement in achieving this positive outcome.
The PGN FSRU Lampung is a critical component of Indonesia’s energy infrastructure, serving as a floating storage and regasification unit for liquefied natural gas (LNG). Our team, led by Santi Purnama Sari and Dr. Julius Singara, including our associates Shafa Karina and Siti Shalima Safitri, alongside our esteemed colleagues at Allen & Gledhill, successfully navigated the international arbitration proceeding at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and contributed to a mutually beneficial settlement that ensures the continued operation of this essential energy asset.
