MAPS has successfully represented one of the world’s most popular social media platforms in IP-related case
MAPS has successfully represented one of the world’s most popular social media platforms with respect to the intellectual property-related case at the Jakarta Commercial Court brought by a Digital Record Label. The Plaintiff essentially alleged that the Defendants infringed its Related Rights as contemplated by Indonesian Copyrights Law. The Jakarta Commercial Court found that the Plaintiff’s claim to be inadmissible.
